In May 2025, our team took part in the Congress of Exporters, held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Warsaw. This unique event brought together representatives of Polish companies exporting food, functional additives, and products of both animal and plant origin.

During the Congress, discussions focused on export development directions, current challenges in foreign markets, and support provided by government institutions for companies operating abroad. Special attention was given to innovation and the quality of Polish food – topics that are particularly relevant to our operations.

Participation in this event was an inspiring experience and an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations with government representatives and fellow industry players. We are proud to have represented Brodnickie Zakłady Żelatyny among such dedicated participants and look forward to further initiatives that support Polish producers on the international stage.

From April 8–10, 2025, we visited NutraFood Poland, held at the EXPO XXI Hall in Warsaw – the only event in Poland fully dedicated to dietary supplements and functional foods. This important industry event brought together around 113 exhibitors from 15 countries and over 3,000 attendees interested in the nutraceutical sector.

What makes NutraFood Poland stand out is its comprehensive program – from innovative products and raw materials to cutting-edge technologies, along with high-quality conferences and panels such as the Spring Agenda and debates organized by KRSiO. The event welcomed representatives from herbal stores, retail chains, fitness clubs, as well as dietitians and distributors – highlighting its role as an integrative platform.

As visitors, we had the opportunity to explore the latest trends in the industry – including healthy functional foods, supplements, and innovations in ingredients and additives. It was an excellent source of inspiration and a valuable occasion to build strong business connections while gaining a deeper understanding of market needs – both domestic and international.
